Mobile County School Board has a new President and Vice President. School Board Shuffle

The Mobile County School Board elected a new President and Vice President.
Reverend Fleet Belle was elected President and the newest board member Ken Megginson was elected Vice President.
Belle says one of his main priorities as president of the board will be to make sure the board doesn't micro-manage the school system.
