The Mobile County Education Association has put together the "Beat Fleet" campaign. The campaign is in support of Manzie. Wade Perry with the M.C.E.A says they will start passing out signs and bumper stickers tomorrow.
The M.C.E.A believes it is time to see a new face in School Board District Four. "The Beat Fleet campaign is our effort to educate voters as to the many reasons not to re-elect any school board members, especially Fleet Belle,"Said Perry. The Education Association says the campaign will also hit radio airwaves, phone banks and by mail. The Mobile County Education Association says District 4 voters can pick up a bumper sticker or yard sign at their office at 1916 Duval Street in Mobile.
