MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice visit
Alabama's capital city this morning.
The Birmingham native will receive the first honorary Doctors of
Letters degree from Air University on Maxwell Air Force Base.
Military officials said Rice will be recognized for her
contributions to the fields of international relations and national
security.
The ceremony starts at 9 a.m.
