42-year-old Robert Vezendy was arrested last month as part of an undercover probe of international child pornographers. Agents from the Department of Homeland Security seized computers and hard drives from home in Satsuma.
Vezendy's parents drove down from New York for today's arraignment at the federal courthouse in downtown Mobile.
Vezendy faces three production of child pornography counts, four counts of possession of child porn and one count receipt of child porn. If convicted, he could be sentenced to as many as 45 years in prison.
His trial is scheduled for July 16th.
