A Prichard Police arrested 36 year old Marvin Lee Daniels for the attacks early Tuesday morning.
Police say they received a tip that Daniels was back near the same neighborhood where the crime took place.
Major Pat Mitchell with the Prichard Police Department said, "The individual was spotted in the neighborhood early today and once we received that information that he was spotted, our officers quickly converged on the community and were able to apprehend him without incident."
Some people who live in the neighborhood where police say the crime happened say they knew Daniels.
Rolanda Taylor said, "He used to stay in this house across the street, he used to come over here and cut grass. He was kind of weird."
Prichard Police have charged Daniels two counts of sodomy, one count of rape and one count of burglary.
