Showtime Video manager Heather Carlisle says burglars cleaned out the store's adult video and D-V-D collection.
"They violated us," says Carlisle. "They need to be caught, what's to see they won't hit other businesses? We're a small community with a lot of mom and pop stores here and they need to be caught before they strike again."
The burglars hit the Lillian store early Wednesday. The suspects broke through the front class window. 800 adult videos were stolen, along with 300 dollars in cash.
"I know the economy is bad now and people will do things they normally wouldn't do, but it's still no excuse," says Carlisle. "If you're going to do the crime, you need to do the time."
Sheriff's investigators say the burglars also stole the video tape from the store's security system. Deputies are increasing patrols along Highway 98 in Lillian.
