Friday 12:25 p.m.- Mobile Police and Sheriff's Flotilla searching 30-40 foot area of the Mobile River.
- Carl Williams was wearing a life jacket.
- Williams' family says he cannot swim.
Friday 8:00 a.m.
- Search resumed at daybreak for 23-year-old Carl Williams

Thursday 10:40 p.m.
-Mobile Police and Sheriff's Flotilla suspended the search for 23 year old Carl Williams just before 10:00 p.m. Thursday night.
-They will resume the search in the Mobile River at first light on Friday.
-Family members stayed at the river bank all afternoon and all night.

Thursday 4:25 p.m.
-News 5 has learned more information on the boating accident on the Mobile River.
-Three men working for MoBay, a ship yard in the area, were tying two boats together.
-Two men were on the smaller boat when an accident happened causing it to sink.
-One of the men was pulled from the water and taken to the USA Medical Center. He will be okay.
-The second man on the boat, 23 year old Carl Williams, is missing in the water and a search is underway for him.
-The third man was on the dock and never actually fell in the water.
Thursday 2:30 p.m.
Mobile Police say two men were boating on the Mobile River Thursday afternoon and it overturned. Police say one man was found and treated by paramedics. The other man is believed to be still in the water. Mobile officers, the Mobile County Sheriff's Office Flotilla, and the Coast Guard are taking part in the search. A Coast Guard helicopter is flying over the Mobile River and Cochrane Causeway. News 5 has a two crews on the scene. We will have more updates as soon as we get information.
