Police Auction Saturday

Attention Christmas shoppers and bargain hunters. The Mobile Police Department is auctioning off unclaimed property this weekend.
Starting Saturday at 9 a.m., police will auction off everything from bicycles to assorted electronics, appliances, hardware, lawn equipment and furniture. The items will be sold “as is” to the highest bidders. They will only accept cash.
The auction will take place in the rear, lower parking lot of Police Headquarters at 2460 Government Blvd. Registration opens at 8 a.m. Bidding starts at 9 a.m.
