Alma Hadley says she and her family feel violated!
"He's better stay at home and stay out my yard!" says Hadley.
Hadley says a "Peeping Tom" used a flashlight or some kind of electronic device to spy on her 15-year old daughter.
"She was in the bath-tub and she saw a light," says Hadley. "She's scared, I'm scared, we can't sleep at night."
John Foster was charged with criminal surveillance, a misdemeanor. Investigators say Foster has been arrested two other
times on similar charges.
"What's to say he won't go further?" says Hadley. "He's done it before and he'll keep doing it until somebody gets hurt."
Foster was released from jail Friday morning on a one-thousand dollar bond. Detectives say the Hadley residence in North Bay Minette isn't the only home Foster hit. Foster is accused of terrorizing and spying in windows at homes in the Hand Avenue area.

Reality is that peeping Toms do not escalate. They tend to be very passive pervs compared to all the others. WHIMPS. If that 15 y/o had said, “BOOH,“ he probably would have cried all the way home to his mommy.
