According to the Baldwin County District Attorney's Office, the court ordered Patrick Ballard to submit a plan outlining how he would spend his time while out on bond within 24 hours of his release. Ballard got out of jail Wednesday after posting a $300,000 bond, but he never filed that plan.
Ballard was first arrested on Labor Day of last year. Prosecutors say Ballard was drunk and speeding when he crashed into Bill Imle and Art Clemmons, Jr. on Bromley Road near Stapleton. Both men were killed instantly.

He didn’t learn a thing from the first occurrence that took a life. Now after taking three lives he thinks he is entitled to bond? His life is now officially in the landfill to be packed away with the other garbage from other peoples lives. The only thing left to do now is to put him somewhere where he ‘ll never have a chance to do it again.Since I don’t think they’ll ever be able to get him on one form of murder or another,I think it should be at least life.WHAT A CRYING SHAME! Three people dead and a young life in the garbage pile, all because of drugs and alcohol.
