A majority of Baldwin County democrats voted for Hillary Clinton, but Barack Obama won the state. That's about the way things went on a not so Super Tuesday on the other side of the bay.Probate Judge Adrian Johns says voter turnout was moderate at best. Less than 41,000 voters showed up at the polls during the two day Alabama Presidential Primary (January 30th/February 5th).
Baldwin County also experienced a few technical glitches. Precincts reported problems with machines in Spanish Fort, Orange Beach and Magnolia Springs. Then once the votes were being counted, election officials had problems getting the results posted on-line. Johns says the county's server was not able to handle the amount of web traffic it experienced from 7-8 p.m.
