Carl, I agree.  Our LEO’s put their lives on the line daily for very little pay and even less respect.  You are so right about this meaning nothing to them about this being a church, but I HOPE THEY FIND THE THUGS and I HOPE THEY RECEIVE SO JAILHOUSE JUSTICE.  Their is even SOME HONOR AMONG THIEVES.

Oh they have a conscience but It has been whipped into submission by years of letting their wants and desires control all their waking hours. We’ve a lot out there that would think nothing of doing things like this. As one said” If I can’t eat it or(and this is the mild form of it)have sex with it I’d just as soon pop a cap on it”. This is the kind of people the police have to face on a regular basis and if you’re not careful,you too. This being a church meant little to these thieves.

It is a shame that we live in a world where people have no more self respect than to steal a church house.  I guess I should not be surprised, they have burnt church houses and stole copper from the a/c units of church houses and sound systems from the church houses.  I guess it was just a matter of time before someone decided to steal the church house itself.  I hope and PRAY that each time the thugs who stole these items look at these items or look at the how they benefitted from stealing the church house, I SINCERELY HOPE AND PRAY THEY ARE OVERCOME WITH SEVERE PAIN, SICKNESS AND REGRET.  I know that is hoping such thugs have a conscience but remember the Lord sayeth VENGENCE IS THINE.  He will PREVAIL!!!!

It amazes me that someone thought they could leave anything worth anything laying around in that area without a guard on it. These people live in or close to this area and should have had an Idea of what might happen. You can be pretty sure that at least two or three people saw this going on.

mustuknow, I’m going to assume you have never been to Prichard. It’s not exactly a town of “I scratch your back, you scratch mine” I was riding through one day, and was stopped at a traffic light, when a young woman in a pick-up truck pulled up beside me hauling a bed full of lumber. Then 30secs later, another truck pulled right beside her, and a black man stepped out of the truck, and grabbed about 6 or 8 2x4’s right from her truck, and placed them in his. Me and my ex-wife were like “WHAT THE, did that really just happen?“ The poor young woman must have been freaked out pretty bad about it, but what can you do? Your in a predominately “CRACK” part of Mobile County. I got the tag number, and called the Prichard Police(if that’s what you wanna call them) and wads told in so many words, if it was not my lumber, MIND MY OWN BUSINESS! So that should give you an idea of what kinda place you dealing with. My advice, unless you looking for trouble, STAY AWAY!

This is one of the most dispicable crimes I have heard of. My question is how did someone steal all of this without ANYONE SEEING ANYTHING???  I cannot believe that one person did this by themselves and that no one saw or heard anything.  This is not a tv or a microwave, this is a lot of materials that had to be hauled off.

No one stole that church, Mayor Jones of Mobile annexed it. We like that wording better don’t we ?
