According to the Department of Agriculture, the New York-based firm, Gormet Boutique, is recalling almost 300-thousand pounds of meat following concerns that they may be contaminated with listeria. So far, there have been no reports of illness, but the Algriculture Department is urging consumers to check their fridge for any "Jan's" or "Archer Farms" meat and poultry products. In response to the recall, the company has said that it has made "environmental changes."
