PASCAGOULA, Miss. (AP) - The chairman of the Joint Chiefs ofStaff will speak Saturday in Pascagoula, Mississippi, at the

War.
Admiral Michael Mullen will speak and his wife Deborah Mullen,
the ship's sponsor, will break a bottle of champagne across the
ship's bow.
The event is scheduled at the Northrop Grumman shipyard.
U.S. Congressman Gene Taylor, Deputy Secretary of Defense Gordon
England, and Northrop Grumman's chairman and CEO, Ronald Sugar, are
also scheduled to attend.
