A Santa Rosa County judge changed his mind about Angela Leavitt, the 28-year-old Milton woman police say ran away with her two children and her 16-year-old boyfriend.

Last Wednesday, the judge denied bond. But after reviewing the case, the judge agreed Monday to release Leavitt on a $10,000 bond. But she must wear a GPS ankle bracelet that tracks here every move. Leavitt cannot have any contact with her teenage boyfriend. She must stay away from drugs and alcohol and undergo weekly drug tests. Leavitt is also not allowed to have a firearm or have any contact with minors.

Leavitt was arrested June 10th at Pensacola Regional Airport. She's accused of having sex with her 16-year-old boyfriend at least three times. According to text messages, she wanted to have his baby.

Leavitt's husband has custody of their children. Her boyfriend, who was found June 9th at the Greyhound bus station in Pensacola, is back with his parents.

Leavitt and the 16-year-old has been missing since June 3rd. Deputies say the two quit their jobs the same day and then ran away together.
