41-year-old Carol Porter was arrested late last night on sodomy charges. According to Mobile Police she stands accused of sexually assaulting a woman she knows on Saturday at an apartment complex in Theodore. Porter is being held on first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse. Her bail hearing is scheduled for Thursday.

A little help please. OK, lets say for the sake of argument that it’s 2 adult women. Could the crime be that the accused gave the victim a date rape drug, or got her really drunk, and then had her way with her? How else would you get the sodomy charge? Under normal circumstances, the victim would just walk away, unless the accused used a weapon is guess. Any insider info?
