Mobile Police say 18 year old Dominick Harris was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with Reckless Endangerment.Michael Hardy told police he was at a house on Glenn Avenue when gunshots were fired at him. Hardy told police that he saw Dominick Harris driving by in a car. Police arrested Harris a short time later on Louise Avenue. Police say there is a dispute between Harris and Hardy.
Dominick Harris is the student who police say recorded the attack on a Murphy High School teacher on his cell phone.
He struck a deal last year with prosecutors to be charged as a juvenile.
Harris was expected to be sentenced next week.
