Mobile Police say Kenneth Worthy was arrested at Williamson High School this afternoon.Investigators say he and Curtis Caver broke into an apartment on Azalea Road early Monday morning.
Police say they sexually assaulted an 18 year old girl and took money from a 16 year old boy. Police say they also locked the boy in a bathroom while they ransacked the apartment.
Police say Carver was arrested Monday in a nearby apartment. Worthy also lived in the apartment complex.
Curtis Caver will be in court tomorrow morning for a bond hearing. Kenneth Worthy will have a hearing Wednesday.
