Middleton was released Friday after posting $100,000 bond and was placed under house house. She was not supposed to leave her home without prior approval except for a medical emergency, an attorney visit or court appearance, or to go to church. But Middleton didn't stay home this weekend. The Baldwin County District Attorney’s office says two witnesses saw her at a T-Ball game.
Middleton is charged with manslaughter in the death of Jacob Clemmons. Police say she was under the influence when she hit and killed the rodeo star last month.
