McCain is visiting Pensacola today.
The Arizona senator is on a "Service to America" tour, giving
a series of speeches in towns that shaped his life. It's part of
his effort to reintroduce himself to voters.
McCain trained at the Pensacola Naval Air Station early in his
career.
His first stop on the tour was near Meridian, Mississippi, at
McCain Field, where he served as a Navy flight instructor. It's
named for his grandfather, who was an admiral.
