Man Shot in Wilmer

Alabama Mobile County Sheriffs Office Mobile Co. Sheriff's Office investigating Thursday night shooting on Shalimar Drive.

A man was taken to USA Medical Center Thursday night for several gunshot wounds. The call came out around 11pm. Mobile County EMS got a call about someone shot at Shalimar Drive near Hillmoor Drive in Wilmer. The man had wounds to the neck, hand and leg. He was transported by Lifeflight helicopter to the hospital. Mobile County Sheriff's Office is investigating but has not released any details. The man's condition is unknown.
