Four people were burned in an early morning explosion at the Louisiana Pacific plant in Thomasville. Roy Waite, director of the Clarke County Emergency Management Agency, says thermal oil inside the plant exploded around 2am. Fire departments from Thomasville, Grove Hill and Fulton were called in to assist. The fire was finally put out around 3:45am. The plant was not evacuated during the incident.

The injured workers were taken to USA Medical Center. There's no word on their injuries.

Please get an update on this soon. We have alot concerned residents of Thomasville. Thanks
