With only two more shopping days left until Christmas, shoppers are racing against the clock to get their goods. It was hectic for merchants and shoppers at The Colonial Bel Air Mall today (Saturday). Traffic was bumper to bumper as shoppers circled the parking lot to find a spot. And indoors shoppers were shoulder to shoulder as they rushed to make last minute purchases before Christmas. "Look at this crowd out here it's unbelievable!, "Said Walter Firmin, shopper. "It's crowded and busy, but we're hanging in there, "Said Janice Orr, shopper. That was the feeling of most shoppers who decided to grin and bear on the last shopping weekend before the end of the holiday season.
With some stores extending their hours until midnight like JC Penny's and Belk, several people were taking advantage of the last few shopping hours.
