Juan Chastang took the majority of votes in the Republican Primary for Mobile County Commission District 1. In an unofficial count, he received 651 votes. He spoke to News 5's Kimberly Curth Tuesday Night about his win. A three judge panel found Juan Chastang was illegally appointed to the Mobile County Commissioner District 1 position by Governor Bob Riley.
