Independence Day Celebrations Turn Deadly

MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - Two Mobile men have died in separate Fourth
of July swimming incidents.
In Chickasaw, police Cpl. Rick Davis says the body of
31-year-old Terry Wendell Hubbard Jr. of Mobile, was recovered from
Chickasabogue Creek where had gone swimming with family and friends
on Friday.
In a separate incident, Mobile police say 45-year-old Dwayne
Ruggs drowned in an above-ground swimming pool at his port city
home while preparing for a Friday afternoon barbecue.
In both cases, the cause of death remained under investigation.

I’m guessing the 45 year old was either intoxicated or under 3 feet tall.
