Florida has plenty to choose from.
There are now 109 specialty tags available. But a state lawmaker
wants to give Floridians one more choice.
State Representative Pat Patterson is proposing legislation that
would offer a different version of the standard state tag.
Currently, the tag has "Florida" written across the top of the
tag with either the county name or the state nickname, "Sunshine
State," at the bottom.
Patterson wants to give Floridians the choice of buying a basic
license plate with the state motto, "In God We Trust," at the
bottom of the tag.
He says his proposal hasn't drawn a lot of attention, but he
expects it could draw more from civil liberties groups and others
as they become more aware of his idea.

Mississippi Running Out Of License Plates

As a Christian, I am 100% for a tag which proudly proclaims IN GOD WE TRUST. I am tired of being told about political correctness. What that means to me is that somewhere we have let our faith in a living God be trampled while every ungodly, immoral perversion is glorified. Our children can get abortions, drugs, condoms, etc in their schools, but they are not allowed to acknowledge through even a silent prayer, their faith and trust in God.
God Bless and Happy new year
Putting “IN GOD WE TRUST” on the edge of the coins instead of the face made me chuckle. I suppose some thought they were taking one more thing from us but instead gave us one more beautiful metaphor : You see, WHEN WE TRUST IN GOD --- He IS our edge
