jdawgs, i as well will take this time to apoligize.i am very sorry for your loss too.  with any parent,losing a child is their worst nightmare. you are trully a strong person to have the courage to pick up your life and go on. nazee was like a daughter figure to me, and i also know her cousin. the entire family are very good people which makes it even harder to accept a tradgedy like this. if you would have known nazee, you would understand better.  she was closer to her cousin than any sisters i know, and shellybelly is having a hard time, as well as the parents. she is turning over every rock trying and hoping to find some kind of reason that will make her understand and accept this, when we know there is nothing but time that will help her. those two girls shared everything in their short time together. nazee thought the world of her cousin and her children. she is really going through a hard time right now.i fail to see any good in this guy, and probably never will.

I absolutly don’t want an argument i am just sick of all the speculation. You know this was a terrible terrible tragedy. I know that Jose is a good person. I know this. Do i know what happened NO i have heard different things just like all of you. I can only pray for you and your family. I have lost a child and not in this manner so i can’t know what you are going through. I only know how tragic it is to loose someone especially a child suddenly and with no understandable reason. Sorry for my comment but i was tired of getting attacked for sharing an opinion different than everyone else’s. Keep in mind i was fighting her reputation when i said i was tired of people blaming this alcohol.

jdawgs… Let me apologize, first by saying I can read, however I just misunderstood what you typed. I thought you were saying that he WAS not drunk and that she WAS drunk. I did re-read and understand what you were saying. I am not here for an arguement, I am only trying to understand what happened to Nazee I know it will not bring her back. I know people make mistakes and bad things happen to good people. I just want to know how this happened thats all. you say you know, well enlighten us all. I also want to take the time to thank everyone on behalf of my ENTIRE family for thier intrest and support during this very difficult time.

Do you really know what happened or do you only know what the media is telling you? If you know more then maybe you should be telling the police about to help them nail this guy!

Ok please for the love of god READ. I have never once said that either of them were drinking you are crazy. I said that everyone needed to quit saying that the poor victim was drinking. And that he was drinking. It was a bad situation and an innocent person lost her life. My God if i am accused of saying one more thing i didn’t say i will scream. And we have freedom of speech so NO I WILL NOT SHUT THE HELL UP. AND YES I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.

Well Jdawgs really there is no way to know if he was drunk or not. Because the loser waited 5 days to turn himself in so how are they supposed to prove now that he was drinking? Maybe you need to think before you put your foot in your mouth!!!! And as far as shellybelle2 goes, she has every right to say what she wants, it was her cousin that was killed by him. If she was drinking we would have known at the time she died. As far as I know there was never a mention of her drinking. And either way it doesnt matter, he knows hes guilty and I believe he was probably drinking otherwise he would have stopped or turned himself in sooner instead of waiting 5 days and hiring an attorney. Theres more to it than what he is saying and he knows that and the truth will eventually come out? Did you know the victim or the scumbag that hit her? I seriously doubt it so you need to keep your mouth shut unless you know what the hell you are talking about.

jdawgs? How do you know he wasn’t drunk and know that she was??? Drunk or not she was hit while walking NOT in the road. She was well off the road, please tell me if you know something different. According to everyone- witnesses, the State Trooper, etc she was not in the road.

But if the woman was drinking and managed to step out in the road in front of him, does he have to bear the full load of responsibility. There are public intoxication laws. I still want to say that the guy is the lowest scum on earth for leaving the scene. Maybe he was a nice guy to some but I don’t think I want a nice guy like that Near. If something happened to me then my nice guy friend might run and leave me dying too.

I fail to see what I may be closed mined about. The fellow killed a girl with his vehicle and left the scene and five days later turned him self in. Why he waited five days to turn him self in, I don’t know. we can only speculate on that. He confessed to hitting the young lady and leaving the scene,as I now understand it,so It’s simple, he’s guilty and will be sentenced. No judgeing by anyone is needed “HE CONFESSED TO THE CRIME”. I don’t care if he had a bad childhood or is the best person you’ve ever met, He did the crime so it’s time to do the time.
