Hank Aaron's childhood home in his native Mobile, Alabama, will be renovated and turned into a museum once it's moved next to the stadium named for the Hall of Famer and one-time home run king. Hank Aaron Stadium, known as "The Hank," is home to the minor league Mobile BayBears.

"I never had no envisions of tearing it down," Aaron said at a ceremony Monday afternoon in Toulminville. "If it stays here, I don't know what would've happened for vandalizing and all the other stuff. We wanted to move it and when the BayBears came along and offered me a chance to do that, I thought it was the greatest idea in the world."
