TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - Good news at the pump. The U.S. Department of Energy says gas inventories rose by nearly 800,000 barrels.

Refineries are reporting output at more than 91 percent, which means consumers can expect fuel prices to decline this week.

Triple A says several refineries in Texas and in the midwest came back on line, resulting in production outputs that haven't been this strong since September 2006.
