There's a growing shortage around the world of basic food stables like rice. The head of the world food program warns of a "silent tsunami"..millions in poor countries going hungry..unable to afford the staples. There are fears of shortages in parts of ths country..and the pinch of rising prices. CBS news correspondent Bianca Solorzano reports.
