Some say they're suffering from exposure to formaldehyde in their FEMA trailers.
A meeting was held Saturday where lawyers James Tucker and John Tyson, Sr. discussed legal action with the hurricane victims.
Paul Nelson is one of those victims. He says he's feeling worse every day. "I got no response out of FEMA, I've talked to doctors and now I've reverted to talking to lawyers." says Nelson.
Nancy McCall says she's travelled to the emergency room 3 times because of coughing and gagging.
Tyson says if the hurricane victims aren't given the federal aid they need to get out of the FEMA trailers, FEMA could face a lawsuit.
If legal action is taken, it would be the third class action lawsuit filed against FEMA by hurricane victims.

Why is it up to the federal gov’t to get them out of FEMA trailers? I do not get it.
