A Mobile family is hoping you can help find the person who killed their loved one in a drive-by shooting.In May 2007, 18-year-old Demarcus Bettis and a group of friends were walking on Michigan avenue, when someone drove by and opened fire.
Bettis was hit and his family believes he was a victim of mistaken of identity.
After seven months, there have been several leads, but no arrests have been made in the case.
Tanya Bettis says finding her son's killer would be the best Christmas present.
"That would be the best thing that could happen to me for Christmas for somebody to be you know, come forward to say what they have done. The best christmas, best new year, that's all I want is closure," said Demarcus Bettis' Mother Tanya Bettis.
The family is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction Demarcus Bettis's killer.
