Dr. Anis Shorrosh in his med 70’s most likely had a medically induced episode and will recover his facitlies soon.

Kidding aside, please be honest and answer this question: where did you get this information you put in your comment? Does the bible say this is what it means or is it some preacher who was trying to find evidence for claims that don’t exist in the Bible? It amazes me that people believe that God communicated with us in order to tell us about himself and to tell us how to live our lives, but when he did, he did it in the most ambiguous way that no one can understand except clergy and preachers so they can interpret it any way they want and keep people under their control. samiam   go back and read the bible   the whole old testament is a presentation to the need and coming of Jesus   what do you think the meaning of passover is really about   lambs blood over the door death passover   and as for the sacrafice he who knew no sin became sin   he gave his life as an offering for sin   only Jesus could do this   lol samiam yes sacrifice his life for me   no one can live by the law and i mean no one the pharisees were perfect in worship yet they could not earn their way no one will ever earn their way into heaven   Jesus is the only way His gift   satan thought he had won the battle   the son of God was dead but what he didnt know and oh how smart our God is   is that at that very moment he satan had lost   because Jesus had won he came and took on the sin of the world and arose for our justification it was settled forever

And by the way most of you sound really uneducated, you can say whatever you want but when it comes down to it, most of you are 40, unmarried, bald and living with your parents. (Please don’t give a description about yourself, no one believes you.)

How could I believe something that Jesus himself never claimed? Not only that, but it is contrary to what he and all prophets before him preached. As a Muslim, I believe, as Jesus said, that God is one, that he is unseen, and that he is supreme. Jesus preached that it is how you live your life and how you humble yourself before God is what counts. In addition, don’t you think that the short statement you made has at least half a dozen contradictions?  God vs. Flesh; Jesus was God vs. gave his life. Do you understand the meaning of sacrifice? When you sacrifice something, it is gone. If you claim he gave his life (sacrificed) then he wouldn’t rise again. If he arose again, then he didn’t sacrifice. Above all, if he were God, nothing really bad happened to him. It was all a show. Of course, Jesus never claimed any of this. He said that “your lord who is in heaven ...” and he said “Your lord is one ...” That is my Jesus, my beloved Jesus.

I have gone to church numerous times and I have several copies of the Bible. As a Muslim, I love Jesus (Isa) peace be upon him. I would not be a Muslim if I didn’t. The point of discussion wasn’t about your religion or mine, although that would be very interesting to discuss in a friendly and scholastic way. The point was that whatever Mr. Shorrosh claimed about Islam was LIES. That is why I am asking everyone to verify for themselves and not to follow blindly. Again, I am not making a point here that Islam is the right religion. My point is, no one should manufacture stories about other people or religions just because they dislike them or disagree with them. We always have to tell the truth. But it is interesting that those who attack Islam, falsely, some how end up disgraced publically. I don’t know why Jimmy Swaggart’s name came to my mind.
