Yes MAM, You are correct I’m from another generation and I see things from a different point of view than a lot of this generation .It’s the way I was raised,I was raised to respect and protect children, women and animals and it’s hard to break and old dog of his habits. If my posting offended you Crystal teeny let me offer a sincer apology, it was not intended to offend anyone,it’s just my view, and offering me earthquake insurance would and does make me laugh.BYE! have a good day and enjoy it.

It is obvious you are from another generation.  Grown women are able to take care of their own worries. They do not need a man to worry for them or worry about them.  We love our men but we are their equals not their possessions or their employees.

The whole point of this was an earthquake in Alabama not starving, naked people with no insurance.

I think your missing the point CRYSTAL TEENY. If a person is starving you don’t ask him/her if she would like a new set of clothes,You sell the clothes and buy them food.If people like me don’t have home owners or flood, ect, ect , you don’t ask them if they need earthquake insurance! If someone were to ask me to buy earthquake insurance and not having any of the above,I personally would get a big laugh out of it. Earthquake insurance would be way down on my list of things I need. Lighten up some CRYSTAL TEENY,don’t be so somber,I"LL worry about these things for the both of us. I gotta cool off after that jog and bike ride, see on the net.

Just like high gas prices, not being able to afford any type of insurance is no laughing matter.

I don’t think anyone thinks a earthquake is a laughing matter, but when alot of people don’t have a home or homeowner’s insurance or flood insurance, fire or any other kind, and you ask them about earthquake insurance, you better be ready to either laugh along with them or run really fast!

Thank you so much for the information bluekat.  You can ask the people in California about earthquake insurance, it is certainly no laughing matter.

YEP! this worries me ,as if I didn’t have enough to worry about allready, but the question begs to be asked"Is the earth under going a major ecological change,or will that occur after a major Geological event”? I bet a lot of religious people will be quoting the passage about"All the low places will become the high places, and the high places low.” I have been in a few earthquakes while on OKINAWA and it certainly messes up your reference points,I mean the earth is your reference point for most things and when it’s moving and shaking you lose most of your sense-abilities,you can’t even use your built-in response of fight or flee. You just stand there and expel waste matter from your intestines into your britches. Have a good day,I gotta go and punish myself and go jog for a bit.

You got me chuckling ASDA! I had never even thought about earthquake insurance. It would be just another insurance I don’t have. No home owners,no flood, and now no earthquake insurance. My ribs are hurting from laughing about that comment.
