Alabama is one of 24 states that will hold its primary on February 5th, also known was Super Tuesday. Since that is also Fat Tuesday, people in Mobile and Baldwin counties will be able to cast their ballots next week. In Mobile County, all the polls will be open on Wednesday, January 30th. On Fat Tuesday, while the rest of the state is voting, only one polling place will be open in Mobile County. That polling place will be at the main offices of the Mobile Revenue Commissioner, which are located at the intersection of Azalea Road and Michael Boulevard. Click here for more information about early voting in Mobile.In Baldwin County, you can still vote early, but there will only be one polling place open. To vote on January 30th, you will have to cast your ballot at the Foley Civic Center. On Tuesday, February 5th, you can still cast your ballot at your regular assigned polling place. If you choose to vote early in Mobile or Baldwin County, your ballot will be sealed until polls close until February 5th.
