A compact disc music business in Mobile has released surveillance video of two men who robbed their store Wednesday. The video from a surveillance camera is of two men robbing the CD and DVD Warehouse in the 3600 block of Airport Boulevard.
Mobile Police say one of the men pulled a gun and demanded money from the cashier.
Both had their faces covered.
No one was hurt, but recent robberies have left some business owners concerned.
Rachel Andrews owns Bella Salon and Spa in Korbet's Square in the Loop area of Mobile.
On one side of her business is a Smoothie King and a Cash Tyme store.
On the other side is Blockbuster Video.
All three have been robbed within the last three months.
Andrews says, "I'm always paranoid when someone walks by the door or opens the door that's not a client. You're wondering, what are their intentions coming in?"
She's taking extra precautions.
Andrews says, "Actually this week, I contacted a security place and I'm getting a magnet lock put in where I have to actually buzz my clients in. I'm going to get an intercom system put in, too, for those that I don't know."
At Cash Tyme, customers have to be allowed through the door.
An unidentified worker there says, "I keep it locked at all times."
We asked people who shop in the center if they're worried about crime.
Angela White of Mobile said, "I feel safe, I live in this area. You're going to have that anywhere you go."
Cristen Rover of Mobile said, "I feel pretty safe for the most part. I feel like if you mind your own business, then you'll get left alone."
Still, Andrews says there's one other safety measure she'd like to see for shopping center customers.
She says, "I would like to see security cameras put outside in this parking lot."
