DNA leads to an arrest in the rape of a taxi cab driver.
According to the Escambia County Sheriff's office, a taxi cab driver was raped by a man who robbed her on October 5th. DNA evidence taken from the crime matched the DNA of an inmate already behind bars on an unrelated armed robbery case.
Demarius Carstaffney is now charged with armed sexual battery and armed robbery.
