Steve Anderson was planning on remodling his Fairhope condo...but not like this!

"The damage is well over 70-thousand dollars," says Anderson. "He ran his car straight through my living room."

Anderson is just one of Robert Fernandez' many victims. Fernandez went on a rampage last week near downtown Fairhope, using his pick-up truck as a weapon. Fernandez smashed two police cruisers, parked cars and eventually destroyed Anderson's condo. The violent assault was all caught on police dash cam video.

Fernandez was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and assault, but he was released from jail. Now...his victims are wondering where he is.

"A man who takes 47-hundred pounds of steel and comes charging at you to try and kill you, you kind of want to know where he's at," says Anderson.

Investigators says Fernandez posted bond and was immediately transported to the hospital. Police say Fernandez could be suffering from mental illness.
