Just amazing. Still confused as to why a man would get hard time in prison for the same act and same circumstances. I thought the justice system had sentencing guidlines for these pervs when convicted. Possession of child porn will get you automactically 3 to 10 years in a federal prison (NO PAROLE)and you dont have to lay a hand on a child. How can an adult her age, who was actually convicted of physically having xxx with a child, not see bars? The heck with pictures this adult actually did the deed.
Something went way wrong in this case. The DA must have dropped the ball somehow.

Thats a real mature thing to say reality and atbman. So if a man in his twetys was engaging in this behavior with your 14 year old daughter, would you still have the same opinion here? It makes it “ok” just because she is an attractive lady? No it does not, she needed to get life in my opinion. I think our system has failed us on the issue of sexual preditars.

Didn’t they just try to revoke her house arrest and send her to jail for talking to a young co-worker?  Odd that she would now get an early release.  Wuzupwitdat?

If I had a teacher that looked like her, I would have had perfect attendance at school.
