Police say a Grand Jury will decide if charges should be filed in death Death Investigation In Saraland

Saraland Police are investigating the Saturday night death of 47 year old Collin Haines.
According to police, Haines jumped out of his car in front of Rosco Marzette's house around 8:40pm, hopped a fence and rushed at the 57 year old man in his yard.
Police say a scuffle escalated into a fist fight and that Marzette hit Haines with a pipe.
Haines later died.
Police say rthe case will be presented to the grand jury for consideration.
