An environmental protection agency official will meet with concerned citizens to discuss the clean up of potentially hazardous chemicals from an abandoned Mobile factory. The old "Amps" facility on Navco Road was used to put chrome and steel onto car bumpers. People living near the factory have been worried that the heavy metals and chemicals on the property could cause health problems, or even worse, run into the nearby Dog River. The EPA came in and started cleaning up the property and put up a new fence to keep people away. EPA officlas will meet concerned citizens tonight at the Navco Road Baptist Church to discuss what they've found. That meeting starts tonight at 6:30.
