36-year-old Robert Tolbert is accused of breaking into three homes this morning.
Deputies responded to a burglary call on Johnson Road just before Noon. Based on a witness description, deputies spotted Tolbert's car. After a short chase, they arrested Tolbert on McDonald Road and Hunters Point in Theodore. Deputies say they found the stolen property in Tolbert's car, including several guns, a generator and lawn equipment.
“Because our deputies were able to act quickly, we were able capture this burglar before he could commit more crimes,” said Sheriff Sam Cochran. “This criminal has a history of these types of crimes and we’re glad he’s no longer out on the streets.”

If he has a history of crimes, why does he keep getting released, why is he not spending time doing hard labor, just being locked up is to easy for these people with a history, it apparently didn’t teach them anything, but I bet hard labor would get his attention.
