Burglar Busted By A/C Window Unit

allegedly breaking into a Pierson home, raiding the fridge and
crashing on the couch.
Hugo Acosta told authorities he had imbibed too much tequila at
a nearby nightclub.
The home's residents found Acosta, dressed only in his
underwear, asleep on the sofa Sunday morning. They woke him up and
asked what he was doing in the home, then called police after his
response was to fall back asleep. A deputy arrived but was still
unable to rouse the man. Two backup deputies apparently did the
trick.
Acosta is being held on $5,000 bail at the Volusia County Branch
Jail.
