Breaking News: Father Shoots Daughter

The Sheriff's Office reports that 22 year old Lacy Burch was shot on Rock Road Thursday night around 8:30 p.m.

According to a sheriff's office spokesperson, Burch was shot in the face, chest, and leg.

Her father, Frank James, was arrested. He is charged with attempted murder, assault and marijuana possesion.

Lacy Burch was flown by helicopter to USA Medical Center in Mobile.
