Okay, I don’t get it.  When I listened to the briefing one of the reporters asked the officials was there any truth that Ms. Langley’s father had recently died and she wanted to be with him?  The officers said that they couldn’t confirm that (or something like that) but my question is why would she want to take this poor other soul with her?  It is one thing if you want to hurt yourself but it is a whole different story when you ATTEMPT to hurt someone else.  And another thing why is there no charges being filed against this woman?  She tried to kill herself and her passenger?  She put the lives of the rescuers at risk by having to come out and search for her.  I am sorry but I think this was a horrid attempt for attention which could have cost someone other than herself their life.  Charge her with felony endangerment.
