posting $125,000 bail. Simpson was arraigned earlier today in
connection with the alleged armed robbery of sports memorabilia
collectors at a Las Vegas hotel.
Simpson emerged at midday from the Clark County Detention
Center. He walked deliberately and carried a black bag as he got
into a car with his lawyer and drove away.
He said nothing to reporters.
Simpson's lawyer has said he expects the former football star to
return to his home in Florida.
Simpson spent three nights in the Las Vegas jail after his
arrest Sunday. He was freed about two hours after telling Justice
of the Peace Joe Bonaventure that he understood the charges against
him, including first-degree kidnapping, which carries the
possibility of life in prison with parole.
