Tuesday voters will head to the polls to decide if they want to be annexed into the city of Mobile. People in four different areas will cast their ballots tomorrow morning. Last week, a judge ruled against a group that was sueing to stop the election. The lawsuit was filed by the Committee of Citizens Against Annexation. The group said the vote was misleading and that the voting lines drawn in the four areas of west Mobile were illegal.
