Thousands of people owe the city ten million dollars in outstanding fines. One hundred thousand dollars has been collected so far. If you don't pay up, the city says arrest warrants will be issued August 1st. Right now, people can pay up without going to jail. You can check to see if you owe the city money by going to www.cityofmobile.org
