New information in the case of four men accused of beating to death a 60-year-old man. An attorney for 18-year-old Jayce Golemon was in a Mobile County courtroom Wednesday asking the judge to reduce his client's bond. But the judge said no,"well, we feel that Mr. Golemon's participation in this is lesser than the other individuals. The bonds were all equal. Each of the four individuals received a 50-thousand dollar bond, we felt that his should be less," said Golemon's defense attorney, Ronald Goleman. We also talked with the prosecutor on the case, "well, I do think that there will be varying degrees of participation in this crime, however, they all participated in the crime that resulted in the death of Charles Tillman," said Mobile County Assistant District Attorney, Ashley Rich. Golemon is charged with murder for the beating death of Charles Tillman Jr. The Mobile County Sheriff's Office said Tillman's body was found outside a home on Two Mile Road in Irvington earlier this month. Golemon is not the only one charged in the case. Steven Skipper and his 16-year-old son, Adam Skipper, as well as John Conner are also charged with murder for the death of Tillman. The four men also face an assault charge. The prosecutor on the case says that's for the beating of David Webster during the same incident. They will all be back in court next month for a preliminary hearing.
