Mobile Police say they arrested 21 people for driving under the influence. The arrests were made at traffic safety checkpoints set up around the city. Drunk drivers weren't the only arrests. Police also made 3 felony arrests and confiscated 3 guns. They also gave out 511 tickets for no insurance, 88 tickets for not having a driver's license, 12 for children not being properly restrained and 10 for not having vehicles registered. More than 3,500 cars passed through the checkpoints.
